The Brief

SpiceHUT is a restaurant brand in Canada. We built the system behind it: AI agents that take orders over the phone and online, answer customer questions at any hour, and send every order straight to the kitchen, plus customer and staff apps on both app stores.

A busy restaurant loses orders in small ways. The phone rings during the dinner rush and nobody can get to it. The same questions about spice levels, hours and delivery come in all evening. Orders written on a notepad get read wrong in the kitchen.

SpiceHUT wanted one system where every order, from the phone, the website or the apps, arrives in the same queue, complete and correct, without someone retyping it. Staff should spend their time cooking and serving, not answering the phone.

  1. (01)

    AI phone agent

Answers the restaurant line, takes the full order with modifiers and spice levels, confirms it back, and sends a payment link by text.

  2. (02)

    Chat and ordering agent

The same agent on the website and in the apps, answering menu questions, delivery-zone checks and order status in real time.

  3. (03)

    Website and online ordering

Menu, ordering, payments and locations, with the chat agent on every page.

  4. (04)

Customer apps for iOS and Android

Ordering, reorders, live order tracking and messages to the restaurant, in one Flutter app on both stores.

  5. (05)

Staff apps for iOS and Android

A live order queue for the kitchen and counter, showing where each order came from and moving it from new to ready.

  • Takes phone orders end to end

Natural conversation, not a menu tree. The agent handles items, quantities, modifiers, pickup or delivery and payment, then reads the order back before it confirms.

  • Answers customer questions

Opening hours, delivery zones, vegetarian options and order status, answered from the restaurant's own data at any hour.

  • One queue for every channel

Orders from the phone, website and apps land in the same kitchen queue, tagged with their source, so nothing is retyped and nothing is lost.

  • Knows when to hand over

Complaints, refunds and large catering orders go straight to staff, with the conversation attached so nobody has to ask again.
