What does Shorai Studios do?

We build four things, and most projects combine two or more:

• AI solutions: voice agents that answer phone calls, chat and WhatsApp agents, AI front desks that book and reschedule appointments, assistants that answer from your own documents, and AI features inside your product. Our agents speak English, Urdu and Roman Urdu. → AI Solutions
• Business automations: workflows in n8n or custom code, CRM and helpdesk automation, invoice and document processing, reporting and alerts. → Business Automations
• Game development: 2D and 3D games for mobile, PC and web in Unity, Unreal and Godot, including AI-driven characters and educational games. → Game Development
• Web and app development: iOS and Android apps in Flutter, web apps, dashboards and the backends behind them. → Web & App Development

Where does the name come from?

Shōrai (将来) is Japanese for "the future". Our line is: the future, built layer by layer. Shorai Studios is a software and AI company. We are not an anime or animation studio, and we are not connected to any studio with a similar name.

Who is behind Shorai Studios?

Muhammad Shahzaib, co-founder. Shahzaib studies Computer Science at Bahria University Islamabad and builds AI voice agents, automations and full-stack apps. He co-founded Shorai Studios to give small businesses direct access to the people building their software.

The founders work from Islamabad, Pakistan, and serve clients worldwide. Our first client market is Canada.

How does working with Shorai Studios work?

1. A free call. We learn how your business runs today and what is going wrong.
2. Your first version is on us. We build the base of your product for free, so you see it working before you pay. If your idea can't start that small, you get a free consultation and a written project spec instead.
3. A fixed, written quote. Scope, price and date in writing before any paid work starts.
4. A working build every week. No big reveal at the end. You test real software every week.
5. Launch and support. Every project includes a period of fixes after launch. Most clients stay on a monthly plan for monitoring and improvements.

You own your code, assets and accounts. Your data stays in your accounts wherever possible and is never used to train models.

What doesn't Shorai Studios do?

• We don't put an AI agent in front of customers without testing it on real conversations first.
• We don't let agents guess. When an agent doesn't know, it says so and hands over to a person.
• We don't sell large retainers for work that hasn't been scoped.
• We don't invent reviews, metrics or case studies. What you see on this site is what we built.

What have we built?

• SpiceHUT: an AI ordering system for a restaurant brand in Canada, with an AI phone order agent, a chat ordering agent, online ordering, and customer and staff apps.
• Dentistro: an AI-first dental clinic system with an autonomous AI front desk for calls and WhatsApp.
• Kumo Isles: a studio concept, a 3D Unity learning game for kids.

Prices

Starting prices: AI solutions and automations from $1,000, web and app development from $1,500, game development from $2,000. Every project is quoted on its own requirements.
